No Fracture

Shaun took Kyle to Urgent Care this afternoon. I didn't think they did X-rays there, but Shaun called to check and sure enough, they do. Since it's right down the road and surely quicker than the ER, Shaun took him there. So they did an X-ray of his little foot and it was negative. They couldn't see any fracture there and said it was probably just a bad bruise. Shaun was right after all, but I just couldn't be comfortable not knowing for sure. Kyle still doesn't want to put weight on it, though. We are just alternating Tylenol and Ibuprofen for the pain. If he still won't put any weight on it after a week, we may need to take him to an orthopedist. But I am thinking it will be fine.

Wow, we haven't even been here 3 months yet and we've already been to the Urgent Care here 3 times! At this rate, we'll have to have them reserve us a room.
